Do you ship to my country?

We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Rumania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping applies for all countries mentioned above starting from a purchase order value of € 79. When do I receive my order? We are committed to dispatch the orders as soon as possible. Therefore, the goods get dispatched on the same day if you order before 10:30 am. If you are ordering after 10:30 am your order gets dispatched on the next working day.
The exact duration of the delivery depends on the address. Click here to receive applicable information for your country.

How can I track my order?

The next working day after your order has been shipped you are going to receive an e-mail containing all the details. I did not receive an order confirmation by e-mail. When the ordering process is concluded we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Please make sure that you gave us the correct e-mail address and that the e-mail is not in the spam folder. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact: be@anicon.at

Where can I purchase a replacement strap?

You can purchase replacement straps directly at our ANIOCON website under: www.anicon.at

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Your transaction- and payment data are treated under strong international banking standards.

What payment methods does ANICON accept?

You can choose between Prepayment, Immediate Transfer, Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard) or PayPal.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

What is your return policy?

You are allowed to return the goods within fourteen days from the delivery of the goods without stating a transaction reason. Once your order has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed by the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. If you purchased your goods via Immediate Transfer or Prepayment, please transfer us your bank data (incl. BIC).

What is the return process?

Please attach a copy of the invoice to the package. We would be grateful if you stated the reason why you return the good. Address the package to: ANICON GmbH Retoure Onlineshop Limmersdorferstraße 42, 9020 Klagenfurt, AUSTRIA.

Who has to carry the costs in the case of a return?

Referring to § 15 FAGG the consumer has to bear the shipping costs.

What is your exchange policy?

ANICON does not offer direct exchange. Therefore, please return the order and you are welcome to order the new piece at the ANICON Online-Shop.

How can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact be@anicon.at immediately.

WARRANTY & REPAIR

What is covered under warranty?

A warranty of two years generally applies to the products (goods) acquired via the online shop. If despite the strictest quality controls a fault should occur that is caused by a defect or a faulty component, this guarantee entitles you within two years of the purchase date to a free repair or replacement by the same or a similar model at the manufacturer’s decision. This guarantee excludes wear and tear caused by use, the watch glass, the strap and the battery. I purchased a watch at the ANICON Online-Shop. This watch is still under warranty and does not work properly.

How can I have the watch repaired?

Who has to carry the shipment cost in case of warranty?

The customer has to pay the shipping costs.

What is the durability of a ANICON watch´s battery?

Depending on several features and usage the battery lifetime may fluctuate. Generally, the battery lasts between 2 and 3 years.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Is my watch waterproof?

Yes. The waterproofness of a ANICON watch is provided with an engraving on the backside. The watches are waterproof till 10ATM.

How can I guarantee a long lifetime for my watch?

Please have a service at an authorized retailer periodically.

Am I able to wear a stainless-steel watch when I am allergic against nickel?

Yes. ANICON watches consist of massive stainless steel and only contain slightest amounts of nickel. At this minimum quantity there is no output of nickel ion where an allergic reaction could be caused.

How do I obtain an operating instruction for my watch?

Which quality features does ANICON watches have?

ANICON produces its watches under highest standards with selected materials proudly Made in Austria. Each watch gets controlled before it is shipped. The quality features are depending on the implementation a solidly massive stainless-steel case, 100% waterproof, saphire glass, premium SWISS quartz movement, screwed crown and caseback, elegant and durable solid stainless steel- or leather strap and many more.
